This is the overriding area of law which can embrace any part of the contract of employment .As in the topic of Senior Executive Employment Contracts an inquiry will always start by a search for what are the terms and conditions of a contract. Also is the contract one of between an employer and employee or is it a partnership or independent contract providing services not one of service?
